NOTICE is hereby given that Irene Beniiece Stephenson of Nada, Utah, who, on Feb. 16, 1925, made desert land entry No. 034137 for Lots 9 and 10, Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U.
