Show SOCIETY Bridge Club Mrs. R. Ml Copeland entertained her bridge club, on Saturaay afternoon. after-noon. Members present as follows: Ms. J. M. Williams, Mrs. W. C. Gates, Ma-s. Rue Neilson, Mrs. Chas. E. Moore, Mrs. W. T. Morley, Mrs. Chas. C. Sloan, Mrs. N. C. Churchill, Mrs Wmi. Cochrane, invited guests, Mrs. Anton Johnson, Mrs. F. R. Levi, Mrs. A. M. Fotheringham, and Mrs. H. A. Strong of Salt Lake City. Score prizes, points Mrs. Sloan, honors, Mrs. Neilson, consolation, Mrs. Moore, guest prizes Mrs. Strong-high Strong-high Mrs. Fotheringham, low. After cards a delicious hot dinner was served. serv-ed. Bridge Party Mrs. F. B. Robinson of Rocky Ford . - Dam entertained at bridge at the B. P. W. Club party at the Milford Hotel Ho-tel Friday evening. The following were present: Mrs. F. W. Gospill, Mrs. C. E. Moore, Miss Lucille Frankie, Mrs. C. C. Sloan, Mrs. Walter Weber, Mrs. Merrill Miller, Mil-ler, Mrs. S. W. Moebius, Mrs. W. H. Hendrickson, Miss Gladys Gospill, Mrs. Walter James, Miss Benita, and Helen Jar.ves of Ulackrock. - The ladies winning high score at each table: Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Hendrickson, Hen-drickson, Miss Gospill, consolation Mrs. Walter Weber. Mrs. Moore was also honored in receiving the main prize of the evening given by the business women for points and Miss Frankie for honors. B. P. W. Club Entertains The Card Party given by the B. P. W. Club at the Milford Hotel for the benefit of the swimtming pool was a brilliant success. Eighteen tables enjoyed the different card games. Delicious refreshments were served and beautiful choice prizes were given. giv-en. Among those who entertained guests at the party were Mrs. Fred Levi, Mrs. A. J. Atkin, Mrs. Osborn, Mrs. Spence Schow, Mirs. Wm. Ash-worth, Ash-worth, Mrs. N. Churchill, Mrs. John Killam and Miss Eva Coleman. Lawn Slumber Party Miss Margaret Williams gave a slumber party Thursday night for a few' of her girl friends including Miss Lola Morris, Miss Jayne Sloan, and Miss Kaythrine McKeon of Riverside, Riv-erside, Calif. .The girls claim outdoor out-door sleeping gives one a wonderful appetite. Mr. and Mrs. William Cochrane entertained a few of the boys at a hot dinner Tuesday evening. Those present, Summer Jones, Roy Carlson, Wayne Richards, Louis Sales, a very delightful evening was spent. o |
