N OTICE TO WATEK USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 21, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Fred W. Cottrell, whose post office address ad-dress is Delta, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Sessions Ses-sions Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate three (3) c. f. s. of water from Baker Hot Springs area in Juab County, Utah. Said water is to be collected at a point which bears N.G730' W. 3400 ft. from the NW Cor. of Sec. 19, T. 14 S.. R. 7 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a 'ditch a distance of 1000ft. where it I will be used during the entire year j for bathing purposes. After being so used the water from the bathing report re-port will be returned to the natural channel at a point which bears 1.5 miles W. from the NW cor. Sec. 19, T. 14 S., R. 7 W., S. L. M.. It is also intended to use as much water as may be necessary for domestic purposes. This application is designated in !the State Engineer's office as File 'No. 9798. All protests against the granting iof said application, stating reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
