To whom it may concern: Notice Is hereby given that the State of U-tuh U-tuh has filed In this office lists of lands, selected by said State, under Sea. 6 of the Act of Congress, approved approv-ed July 16, 1894, ss Indemnity School lands, vl.: NW SW, Seo-tion Seo-tion 28; SEVl SE, Seotlon 29; Township 14 South, Range 18 West, Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously posted In this office for Inspection by any per-Bon per-Bon Interested and by the public generally. gen-erally. During the period of publication pub-lication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval approv-al and certification, under departmental depart-mental regulations of April 25, 1907 protests or contests against the claim of the State to any ot the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore desoribed, on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received and noted tor report to the Genfiral Land Office at Washington, Wash-ington, D. C. Failure bq to protest or contest, within the tlme . specified, speci-fied, will he considered sufficient evidence of non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the State.
