Robinson, of Santa Ana, Calif., arrived last Sunday with a car of stock and household goods and will take up his residence resi-dence at once on his place in 29-15-7 and begin improving it. His family are expected to join him shortly. H. F. Aller our former station agent, has concluded that Delta looks good enough for him to tie to and has opened a commission house here for the handling of rain, produce and fruit. The firm name is Aller & Co. and they have established an office in the National Irrigated Land Co. building. James Taylor and , family arrived ar-rived in Delta last Monday from Payson and will take up permanent perman-ent residence here in the future. Mr. Taylor has a fine farm about three miles south of Delta on which he will reside and will enter en-ter into the dairy business. He has now reached the conclusion that this country looks good enough to make it his home. LOCAL fP Mrs. E. E. Peterson is very ill with typhoid. T. B. Allred and son were up from Deseret Wednesday. Aller and daughter, Helen, left last week for Salt Lake where they will reside in the future. W. G. Bickley and wife, of Beaver, came on Thursday for a visit with their daughter, Mrs. R. J. Law. S. W. Eccles, who has spent the past week in Ogden attending attend-ing to business matters returned home Monday. Mrs. H. E. Sanford returned from Sevier county last Thursday after a months visit with her mother and sister. J. G. Baum, of Englewood, Cali., recently purchased 120 acres of land in section 20, Township Town-ship 16s, Range 7w. Refreshments served at various var-ious stands about town on the Fourth of July, by the ladies of the Home Economics Club. jl7-jl The big "All-Star" ball team dance comes off next Saturday evening. Blackford, of Bonaparte, Iowa, who is a business mar and farmer of that place, has been on the project for the pasl week and expects to file on a goot big tract of land before leaving. The railroad grade to Sugar ville has been completed and the Salt Lake Route has been noti lied of the fact and asked tc send officials here to look ovei the grade and accept same. A. P.
