Hall of Delta Utah, who made entry No. 395, under provisions of Chapter 2, Title 75, Compiled Laws of Utah 1907, as amended, commonly known as the "Carey Act," which embraces nj nej of Section 34, Township Town-ship 17s of Range b'w, do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described, and that I expect to prove that I have settled upon, reclaimed reclaim-ed and cultivated said lands as required by the laws and the rules and regulations regula-tions relative thereto before Frank Beekwith, who is the authorized representative repre-sentative of the State Board of Land Commissioners of the State of Utah at Delta, Utah, on June 22, 1916, by two of the following witnesses: M.
