Notice of Publication Final Proof. I, Richard M. Simmons of Delta, Ut. No. 1, who made entry No. 399, under un-der provisions of Chapter 2, Title 75, compiled laws of Utah 1907, as amended, amend-ed, commonly known as the "Carey Act," which embraces nej swl of Sec. 4, Township 16s, Range 7w, do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described, and that I expect to prove that I have settled upon, reclaimed re-claimed and cultivated said lands as required re-quired by the laws and the rules and regulations relative thereto before Frank Beekwith, who is the authorized representative of the State Board of Land Commissioners of the State of Utah at Delta, Utah, on June 22, 1916, by two of the following witnesses: W.
