Show A Death at Holden Undertaker Knight received a corpse from Holden the first of the week for embalming for shipment. It was the body of Mrs. McGlothan, aged eighty-five, eighty-five, who had been staying with her daughter Mrs. Lloyd Porter, who has a large dry farm near Holden. The cause of her death was a paralytic stroke. The body was shipped to Hopkins, Mis-souri, Mis-souri, and was accompanied by a son who came out to take the corpse back to the old home. It may not be generally known to the public but in Mr. Knight of the Delta Merc, we have one of the most skilled undertakers in the state. Mr. Knight has prepared many bodies for shipment ship-ment to various parts of the United States and to Canada and has many complimentary letters from parties and undertakers where the bodies have been sent telling him of the excellency of his work. Mr. Knight carries a nice line of caskets and all the necessary articles which go with them to break the harshness of the hard task of laying away our friends and relatives. Connect up with a Jack-Jr. for your pumping, washing, etc. Billings of Delta has them. d30tf |
