Driven frantic by the siuirinK of a couple of (Inlanders in a room adjoining one in which be was endeiivorlnj; to sleep George Sax-ton, Sax-ton, li yeais old, an employee or the city water deixirtment, picked up aa automatic pistol at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday Wed-nesday morning and shot K. Wald, 30 years old, under the heart. Saxton says that the shllll voice of Wald particularly par-ticularly annoyed him. The bullet glanced on a rib, causing but a Hsbt wound.
