Show MILLARD COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL NOTES. Before a crowd of about 800 people the M. C. H.'S. played the Tlntlc High School a very exciting game of basket ball on the evening of Jan. 25, in the Alcazar hall. Although the game was somewhat one-sided, the crowd was kept in good spirits by the exceptionally fast and I quick action of some of tbe players, j Tbe Tlntlc team showed some skill in passing the ball, but need considerable con-siderable training In throwing field baskets. However, the boys have left a good Impression with the fans of tbls place that they are a clean and agreeable set of young men. It would be hard to strike a balance between tbe playing of Wade and Stott. Both made the same number of baskets. Cooper's great work as guard was tbe sensation of tbe evening. even-ing. Bushnell in tbe first half also played well as guard. Lyman's playing play-ing as center easily showed that be Is one of the main stays of the team. Tbe score was: Millard, 38; Tlntlc, 4. After the game a banquet waa given In honor of the visiting team. It waa prepared by tbe girls of tbe domestic science department under tbe instruction instruc-tion of Odeasle Hendricks, the domestic domes-tic science teacher.
