Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer' OITice, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 11, 1916. Notice is hereby given that the Melville Mel-ville Irrigation Company, whose post office address is Delta, Utah, made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate appro-priate one hundred fifteen (115) cubic-feet cubic-feet of water per second from the Sevier Kiver, Millard County, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted at a point which bears north 65 degrees de-grees 30 minutes east 2600 feet from the north quarter corner of Section 35, Township 16 south, Range 6 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed by means of a canal and a pipe line for a distance 41,667 feet and there used from January Jan-uary 1 to. December 31, inclusive, of each year, to develop power tor the purpose of electric lighting and propelling pro-pelling machinery in Millard County, Utah, After having been so used, tht water was to have been returned at a . point which bears north 20 degrees 3t minutes east, 500 feet from the nortl quarter corner of Section 36, townshir. and range aforesaid. Said applicanl now makes application in accordance with the requirements of Sectior ; 12S8x24, Chapter 62, Session. Laws ol , Utah, 1909, to divert the said watei at a point which lies 210(1 feet nortf 1 and 200 feet east from the southeas 1 corner of the southwest quarter o: Section 26, Township 16 south, Rangi 6 west and convey it by means of i canal for a distance of 200 feet, when it will be used during the period an for the purpose originally intended After having been so used, the wate: will be returned at a point which lie: 1 2300 feet north and 150 feet west fron . said corner of Section 26.
