Show NOTICE OF CONTEST Department of the Interior, United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 4th, 1916. To Joseph J.- Miller, of Delta, Utah, Contestee: You are hereby notified that Isabell Bohn who gives Abraham, Utah, as her postoflice address, did on April 7th, 1916, file in this office her duly corroborated corrobor-ated application to contest and secure the cancelation of your Homestead Entry, Serial No. 012055 made December Decem-ber 1st 1914, for ni nej Section 30 Township 16 south, Range 8 west, Salt Lake Meridian, and as grounds for her contest she alleges that J oseph J. Miller Mill-er has wholly abondoned said land; that he left Millard County, and the State of Utah, on Sr about the 25th day of August, 1915; that said Joseph J. Miller has not acted in good faith and is not now acting in good faith, that he has not complied with the requirements re-quirements of law as to making and filing annual proofs, that the only expenditures ex-penditures made upon said land in the necessary irrigation, reclamation and cultivation of the same were made during the first year .after entry and annual proof of the same filed, such expenditures ex-penditures were incurred in clearing and plowing not to exceed twenty acres of land at a total cost of not exceeding $84.00; that no other or further expenditures ex-penditures have been made upon said land in the necessary irrigation, reclamation recla-mation and cultivation of the same, or in permanent improvements thereon, or in the purchase of water rights for the irrigation thereof. You are therefore, further notified that the said allegations will be taken as confessed, and your said entry will be cancelled without further right to be heard, either before this office or on appeal, if you fail to tile in this office within twenty days after the fourth publication of this notice, as shown below, be-low, your answer, under oath, specifically specific-ally responding to these allegations ol contest, together with due proof thai you have served a copy of your answet on the said contestant either in persor or by registered mail. You should state in your answer tht name of the post office to which you desire future notices to be sent to you, Gould R. Blakely, Register.
