Show Rabid Coyote Killed A coyote with rabies attacked a gang of men and teams work- ing near the spillway, about seven miles north of Delta, last Monday. The animal was ferocious fero-cious and made at both horses and men, attacking one man in a very determined manner. The party fighting him by kicking him away. The beast was finally shot by one of the men. These rabid coyotes are causing lots of trouble and infecting much stock in some localities of Utah, Idaho and Nevada. They are also menace to human life and every one should take all possible precaution pre-caution to protect their families, dogs and live stock against them and exterminate every one they possibly can. Be on the lookout for the rabid coyote. C. E. Stewart is erecting a modern seven-room cement block residence on his lot two blocks south and one east of the Ward Hall. It will be of the bungalow style. |
