Xotice is hereby given that John Dewgnup, whose postolTice address Is Deseret, Ctah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Complied Laws of l'tah, I'JO", as amended by the Session Laws of Ctah, l!tO! and 1911, to appropriate two and twenty-two hundredths (2.22) cubic feet of water from Sevier river, Millard county, l'tah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 40 degrees east 3.fl4 leet distant dis-tant from the northwest corner of Bee-lion Bee-lion 6, Township IS South.
