Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 2nd 1915. Notice is hereby given that Jean H. Bakeman, whose post office address is Los Angelej, Cali. has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled f aws of Utah, 1907, as ammended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909. 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two hundred (200) cubic-feet of water per second from the Sevier River. Millard County. Utah. Said water wat-er will be diverted at a point which lies 271.1 feet east and 1 89.9 feet south of the northwest coiner of Section 34, Township 17 south, Range 7 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch and old river bed for a distance of 95.040 feet and there used from, January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 16.000 acres of land embraced in Sections 2, 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, township 17 south, Range 9 west and sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15. 26, 27, 28, 32, 34, 35 and 36. Township 18 south, Range 9 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No, 6292. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
