OCR Text	Show Stability of United States. The Constitution of the Tjnited States of America was adopted in 1789. In that year the French revolution revolu-tion began. Since 1789 Europe has been remade. Among the nations four stand out as "ancient" England, Eng-land, Russia, Denmark and Spain. Yet in the past century and a quarter those countries have lived 'through governmental changes that show beside be-side the stability of the United States rule as exceeding large and significant signifi-cant "shifts."
