Show Mrs. Murner Injured Mrs: Frank Murner who lives on the Garfield place of Sugar-ville, Sugar-ville, was badely hurt last Thursday Thurs-day while coming to Delta with a horse and buggy. While on the grade which crosses the river west of town, an auto drove up behind Mrs. Murner and she left the buggy to hold the horse while the auto passed the rig. As she held the horse by the head it gave a lung and is supposed sup-posed to have struck her with its feet, knocking her down and running over her and landing in the mud at the side of the grade. The lady was brot to town and placed in care of the doctor at Jack Childers' home. She was quite badly hurt and will not be able to return to her home before Next Saturday! No blame is attached to the driver of the car who is a field man for the Continental Con-tinental Oil Co. The grade crossing cros-sing the river is to narrow for the traffic that it is supposed to accommodate and should be |
