Show DESERET . . . The B. and K. Club met at the home of Arlean Bennett. A very interesting Book review was given after which a luncheon was served ser-ved to cluh members: Mollie Dew-snip, Dew-snip, Myrle Bennett, Ava Bennett, Lois Ellason, Zella Moody, and Stella Black. Guests were: Ina Beth Barnes and Nora Petty. Mrs. Arprilla D. Scow and Mrs. Myrtle Western took their sons, Henry Kent Dewsnip, Wayne and Harold Western, to Ogden Monday where they will receive medical attention. Mrs. Lois: Eliason, Eldon Eliason, and Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Black are in Salt Lake visiting this week. Ladd Moody from Layton, Utah is spending a few weeks at the homes of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Moody and Mr. J. R. Bennett. Loren D. Rowly, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Rowley and husband hus-band of Mrs. Beulah Webb Rowley, Row-ley, who is in the U. S. Navy spent his furlough at Deseret. He is stat- . ioned at Washington. Mrs. Arnold Davis and son and daughter from Provo, are visiting a few weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Cahoon. Mrs. Eva Cheel left Wednesday for California, after spending the past few weeks at Deseret. Mrs. Leland Carling and children child-ren from Salt Lake City are spending spend-ing a few weeks at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Cahoon. Mr. and Mrs. O. L. Dutson and boys returned home Tuesday after af-ter a weeks visit at California. Verl Black and Henry Conk from Provo were visitors at Deseret Sunday. Genevieve Eliason who has attended at-tended school at the BYU this winter win-ter is home for the summer. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Black and children from Idaho spent last week visiting! Mr. Black's parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Black. |
