Show Stake Quarterly Conference Sunday in Delta Stephen L. Richards of the Council Coun-cil of the Twelve and Henry D. Moyle, of the L. D. S. Church Wel fare Committee will be the presiding presid-ing authorities at the Deseret St.-ske L. D. S. Quarterly Conference, which will be held in Delta Saturday Satur-day and Sunday, June 22 and 23. In every stake during 1946 four Stake Conferences will be held. At all of these conferences the public pub-lic including both young and old, is invited and urged to attend all general sessions. The meetings as outlined for the ' conference as announced by Stake President Harold R. Morris will be as follows: Welfare meeting, Saturday, 7:13 p. m. in the Delta Second Ward. At this meeting Henry D. Moyle of the General Welfare Committee will preside. All members of stake and ward welfare committees are asked to be in attendance. At 8-30 p. m. Saturday at the Delta Second Ward a "Prieshood Leadership" meeting will be held. The discussion at this meeting will be led by Elder Stephen L. Richards. Rich-ards. The following should attend: Stake presidency, stake high council, coun-cil, patriarchs, stake clerk, stake Melchezedik Priesthood committees, commit-tees, all presidencies and secretaries secretar-ies of Melchezedik priesthood quorum, quor-um, all group leaders and group secretaries, stake mission president presi-dent and stake mission district presidents, stake Aaronic Priest hood Ward Bishoprics, ward clerks, ward Aaronic Priesthood advisors, stake ward teaching committee, and others who have been especially espec-ially designated to attend this meeting. At this meeting Gordon Moody, Ward Killpack and E .J. Eliason will be the speakers. Priesthood Meeting will be held Sunday from 9:00 to-10:15 a. m. in the Delta Secdnd Ward. This meeting meet-ing will also be directed by Elder Stephen L. Richards. All members of the Priesthood, both Melchize-dek Melchize-dek and Aaronic should be in attendance. at-tendance. In the Delta high school auditorium audi-torium from 9:00 to 10:15 a. m. will be held the Mother's and daughters' daught-ers' meeting. This is under the direction dir-ection of Mrs. Golden Black, who has arranged an interesting and instructive program. All women and girls twelve years of age and over should attend. General Sessions, with Elder Stephen L. Richards presiding will , be held from 10. 20 a. m. to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. |
