Anderson Leland Roper is imnrovmg after injuries recig-m th7c!W denjflrhich his truck, that was itWen by his son, Grayson, overturned over-turned as he dodged to miss George Geo-rge Anderson's car as it came on to the highway by his place. Edwin Ed-win Stuart was also in the truck when it overturned, but he and Grayson escaped injuries but were badly shaken up. Those who went to the Manti Temple Friday, on the excursion, were Bishop and Mrs. Marvin Lov-ell, Lov-ell, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Roper, Es-dras Es-dras Finlinson, Ren Lovell, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Anderson, Clarence East, Aretta Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderson. Salt Lake visitors last week were Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Sheriff, John L. Nielson and his sons, Alden and Gayle, Edwin Stuart, Ted Nielson, Verl Jacobson, Myron Christensen, Verna Mae Shipley, Dorothy Nielson, Niel-son, Helen and Genevieve Anderson, Ander-son, Delilah Jacobson and Mrs. Jos. H. Christensen and children. Verl Jacobson and Ted Nielson entertained at a dinner at the B. M. C. club, in honor of Mrnr-d-M-s. uaWond'acooso'ITr""fif' Colorado. Othjr guests were Mr. and Mrs. BasJ Talbot, Junior Anderson and Loraine Finlinson, Betsy Ann East land Faye Alldredge. Mr. and Mrs. George H. Anderson Ander-son visited two days in Ogden, with their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Joy Roper. Faye Alldredge and Jennie Olson Ol-son visited in Deseret, over the week end, with their sisters, Mrs. Jean Allred and Mrs. Alice Webb. The Sunday School gave a very enjoyable Christmas program Sunday Sun-day morning. Three of the younger classes sang Christmas songs, Junior Jun-ior Anderson sang, "The Stranger of Gallilee"; Zella Lovell told a story and a talk was given by Ivan Shipley. Viola Talbot, Avis Anderson, Ander-son, LaMae Finlinson and Laurel ,, Anderson sang, "Holy Night". Speakers in the Sunday night meeting were George H. and Don L. Anderson. Edsel Nielson and Calvin Dutson have gone" to Sun Valley, Idaho, where they have employment. |
