GENERAL INFORMATION The basic design of the BURKS Super Turbine Pump remains unchanged, although designed and placed on the market many years ago. However, improvements have been made and certain new features incorporated from time to time with the result BURKS continues to build the finest Turbine type pump on the market today. REALIBILITY AND DURABILITY The engineering skill in design and high quality of all materials mater-ials used in the manufacture of the BURKS Super Turbine Pump insure dependable and trouble-free performance over a period of many years. A standard BURKS Super Turbine Pump was placed on test in the factory testing laboratory to determine just how reliable the pump really is under extreme conditions. Operating on a suction lift of 22 feet gainst 30 pounds tank pressure, pump delivered 200 gallons per hour continuously for a period of more than SIX YEARS. No repairs . were made during this test run just an occasional oiling of the motor. At the end of this gruelling test run ended only because continuing the test could serve no further purpose pump was dismantled and examined very carefully. Examination Examin-ation disclosed only negligible wear. During this six year continuous con-tinuous test, pump delivered more than ten million gallons of water.
