Show NOTICE OF SALE SURPLUS GOVERNMENT REAL PROPERTY The Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation Cor-poration hereby gives notice that it now has available for disposal under the Surplus Property Act of 1944 and War Assets Administration Administra-tion Regulation 5, the following real property which has been declared de-clared surplus by the Government. Various tract comprising a portion por-tion of the Central Utah Relocation Reloca-tion Center amounting to approximately approx-imately 14,662 acres agricultural land, together with certain improvements im-provements thereon, located at Topaz, Millard County, Utah, excepting ex-cepting and reserving all fissionable fission-able materials in accordance with Executive Order 9701, dated March 4,1946 (11 F.R. 2369). Terms and conditions of sale and all necessary information concerning concern-ing the property and method of exercising ex-ercising priorities and submitting offers will be available on and after aft-er September 6, 1946 at the office of Mr. Clifford L. Purcell, Project Manager, Topaz, Utah. Office hours are 8 A. M. to 4 P. M., Monday to Friday. PRIORITIES: The tracts will be sold subject to the following priorities pri-orities in the order indicated: 1. Federal Government Agencies. 2. State and local governments. 3. Former Owner. 4. Tenants of Former Owner. 5. Veterans of World War II and the spouse or children of deceased Servicemen. 6. Operator- Owners 7. Non-profit Institutions. PRIORITY PERIOD: The time for exercising priorities shall be a period per-iod of ten (10) days for Government Govern-ment Agencies and State and Local Gorvernments commencing on September Sep-tember 6, 1946 and ending on Sep-tefnber Sep-tefnber 15, 1946, and a period of ninety (90) days for other priority holders, commencing on September 6, 1946 and ending on December 4, 1946.
