Show SiiiicEiley News LYLA HAE TALBOT Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hilton visited here over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Lamb, parents of Mrs. Dean Strlngham are visiting with them for a few days. Mr. Lamb went back but Mrs. Lamb is staying to take care of Mrs. Stringham when she gets out of the hospital. Dean Stringham's par ents are also visiting with them this week. Mrs. La Rue Fuller and Dennis of Salt Lake City visited with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Taylor last week end. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Aroet Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. Ren Taylor went to Manti to a funeral last week. Mr., and Mrs. Byron Carter and Mr. and Mrs. George Stewart went to Meadow last week to a funeral. Mr. and Mrs. R. Swensen spent Monday in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Talbot were in Provo last week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Goldwvn Cluff, Jr., and family spent a few days in Hinckley last week. College students home for the week end were Daryl Cropper, Ronald Ron-ald Nielson and Marlene Ekins. A special Mothers' Day program was given last Sunday. It was a skit and was shown through illustration illus-tration and music. The mothers were given a potted plant as a token of love from the ward. A party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cluff Talbot following fol-lowing the alumni banquet last Saturday night. Those who attended attend-ed were the graduates of 1932. This class was honored at the banquet. The group talked over school days. Punch and cake were served. The following people, attended: at-tended: Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Green er from Gunnison. Mrs. Gretha Petersen Shipp of Richland, Wash., Mr. and Mrs. Leo Day of Oasis, Mr .and Mrs. Lester Cropper, Deseret, Des-eret, Mr. and Mrs. Max Robinson, Delta, Mr. Howard Blake, Mr. . and Mrs. Waldo Warnick, and Mr. and Mrs. Cluff Talbot from Hinckley. Dorothy Morris spent a few days Last week in Salt Lake City. : -Mr: and Mrs. Donald G. Stockman Stock-man spent the week end in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Spendlove were visiting with Mrs. Spendlove this week end. - Mr. and Mrs. Ross Hilton '.and family were in Hinckley from Tooele Too-ele this week:, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Swensen were also Hinckley visitors. . Other Hinckley visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Webb. There were a great many other people here for the (alumni banquet. |
