Show At Oak City Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Petti-grew Petti-grew were honored at a wedding reception Saturday night in Oak City. They were married in the Salt Lake L D S temple April 30. They have just returned from a honeymoon at the Grand Canyon. The bride is the former Alton Lovell, daughter of Mrs. Myrtle Lovell, of Oak City. Mr. Pettigrew is a son of Mrs. LeGrande Wardle, of Rock Springs, Wyo. For the reception the bride wore her wedding gown of white lace, ballerina length and Lace hat to match. She was attended by her sisters Mrs. Marie Lake and Mrs. LaVene Gillen. Her brother, Clead Lovell, recently returned missionary, stood as best man. Clead Lovell was master of ceremonies for the program. Afton Roper and Gary Roper played a piano duet. Colleen Anderson sang in Be uovmg you Always , wiin piano accompaniment by Maurine Anderson. Eldon Sorenson sang "Because", with ElDonna Anderson, Ander-son, aoompanist. Diane Harris gave a reading. The new Mr. and Mrs.' Pettigrew are making their home in Salt Lake City. The bride is a Delta high school graduate and has been employed the past year in Salt Lake City. Mr. Pettigrew is a veteran vet-eran and was graduated in chemistry chem-istry from the U. of U. |
