Show Clothing Drive For Korea Relief The auxiliary of Post 89, American Amer-ican Legion, is sponsoring a "Clothing "Cloth-ing for Korea" drive. This appeal for clothing was made directly to the Legion by Chaplain Timothy H. Irons, now with troops in Korea. Chaplain Irons formerly lived in Nephi, and is the only LDS chaplain chap-lain serving in Korea. Members and all others interested interest-ed are asked to contribute any clothing they might have for chil-dred chil-dred or adults by the first of April. As it will soon be getting warm in Korea summer clothing is desirable, desir-able, but any kind of clothing will be acceptable. It should, however, be clean, mended and usable. The clothing may be left at the Sterling Market or the home of Mrs. Shirley Theobald in Delta. |
