Show SUTHERLAND . . . BY GLORIA WALKER Mrs. Swenor of Marquette, Mich, has been visiting with her niece, Mrs. Carl Smith. She left lor California Cal-ifornia Monday to visit her daughter. daugh-ter. . Bee Roberts visited from Cedar City over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Brose Roberts. Sgt. and Mrs. Don Frazier and two sons arrived here Last week for a visit with her parents, Mr.. and Mrs. Dooyle Steele. The Fraz-iers Fraz-iers have spent the past year living liv-ing on Guam and are now en-route en-route to Texas.. They spent the week end visiting with friends and relatives in Salt Lake City. On their way back to Delta they stopped stop-ped in Orem and brought their sister, Mrs. Carol Hardy home to convalesce after breaking her shoulder in a car accident two weeks ago. Mr. and Mrs. Mace Brasher and family spent the week end here with Mrs. Brasher's father, Chas. Jensen and other members ot the family. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Sorensen, Mr. and Mrs. El Fowles, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Fowles and Mr. and Mrs. Oharles Jensen spent Decoration Day in Mt. .Pleasant. Mrs. Hazel Walker and daughters, daugh-ters, Linda and Verma visited friends fri-ends and relatives in Oak City on Memorial Day. Mrs. Gloria Walker joined other members of her family at Holden on Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Vance and family of Los Angeles also met the family at Holden for a short visit. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Miller and family from gait Lake City visit ed over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Golden Erickson. Saturday visitors with Mrs. Hazel Walker was her sister, Mrs. Eva Beckstrand of Meadow and her daughters-in-law, Mrs. Jean and Mrs. Nadean Beckstrand. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Abbott and daughter visited with Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Abbott and Mr. and Mrs. George Abbott last week. Mrs. Mavis Bennett and Mrs. Joy Bennett drove to Ogden and Logan Thursday where Joy visited visit-ed her sister in Ogden and Mavis went on to Logan to see her mother. mo-ther. They returned home Saturday. Satur-day. Mr. and Mrs. Amon Johnson and daughter, Bonnie, and Mrs. Letitia Steadman were in Bingham last Wednesday for the ball game. Mrs. Steadman spent Decoration Day in Salt Lake and then returned here for a visit with her daughter, Mrs. Alta Barney. Visitors heer for Decoration Day were Benson Egan from Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Art Steele and family of Salt Lake City and Thelma Asay of Lehi. LaRue Anderson, daughter o'f Mr and Mrs. Rulon D. Anderson, left this week for California where she will spend the summer with her aunt, Mrs. George Armstrong of Bellflower. Mrs. Orson Hyer of Lewiston visited vis-ited over the week end with her daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon D. Anderson. Kay Pope of Vernal is a visitor at the Morgan May home this week. Mr. and Mrs. Ferrell Walker and girls spent Sunday and Monday in Salt Lake City on business. |
