Show Are Honored At Reception Mr. and Mrs. Howard Roundy, whose marriage was solemnized Feb. 18 in the Manti LDS temple, were honored at a wedding reception recep-tion Saturday night in Hinckley high school gymnasium. The bride is the former Glenda Irene Cropper, Crop-per, daughter of Mr .and Mrs. Ma-honri Ma-honri Cropper, of Hinckley. Mr. Roundy is a son of Mrs. Lillian Roundy, of Oasis. The bride was lovely in a wedding wed-ding gown of ivory satin and Chan tilly lace. The fitted bodice was lace over satin, and the full skirt was styled with a lace-filled court train. Her wedding veil of bride's illusion was held by a cap of orange or-ange blossoms. She carried a bridal bri-dal bouquet of orchids, surrounded by rosebuds and white orchids. Her attendants were Erma Roundy, Roun-dy, lone Christensen, Carol Cropper, Crop-per, Maurine Steed and Ruth Johnson, John-son, gowned in orchid and green, and wearing bracelet corsages of baby orchids. Flower girls, in orchid or-chid colored dresses, with yellow and orchid flowers, were the bride's sisters, Connie Kay and Mary Ellen. Mothers of the young couple wore white orchids, and Mrs. Cropper Crop-per was gowned in rose-colored crepe, and Mrs. Roundy wore blue. Daryl Cropper stood as best man for Mr. Roundy. George Ekins was master of ceremonies o the program. Taking part were . Ladd Cropper, solo, "Thine Alone", Dale Johnson, accordion ac-cordion solo, Erma Roundy, reading, read-ing, and Daryl Cropper, "One Alone". Al-one". The wedding cake, beautifully decorated with silver bells and lacework, formed the centerpiece of the serving table, which was lit by candles trimmed with silver and pink rosebuds. Saturday evening was also the silver wedding date of the bride's parents. ' The new Mr. and Mrs. Roundy are now making their home in Oasis, where Mr. is in business producing pro-ducing honey. |
