Show West Millard PTA Council fully Organized West Milard County PTA Council Coun-cil has been fully organized during dur-ing the past week, according to Mrs. LaVon Morrison of Delta, president pre-sident of the council. Committee members who have l been named to help in the council for the next two years are as follows: fol-lows: Wilna Wixom, county school nurse, chairman of health; Mr. George A. Anderson, county cood-inator cood-inator and director of public relations, re-lations, school representative; Mrs. Mabel Harder, membership chair- man; Ruth Hansen, chairman of programs; Mrs. George A. Ekins, chairman of publicity; Mrs. Nona Chesley, registration chairman; Mrs Ella Christe.nsen, Red Cross chairman; chair-man; Mr. and Mrs. John 'Day, co-chairmen co-chairmen of hospitality; Mrs. Zola Bunker, chairman of safety; Mrs. Blanche Crafts, room representative representa-tive and Mrs. LaVon Morrison, as historian. Recently Mr. Anderson v met in Delta with the executive officers, Mrs. Morrison, Mrs. Ekins, vice president, pre-sident, Mrs. Amelia Cole, secretary and Mrs. Louise Lyman, president of the Delta PTA, and outlined the projects the school district would like the PTA organization to help sponsor. One of the major projects will be to sponsor three radio programs next spring. Cooperation in the adult education programs now being be-ing set up in the county was urged urg-ed through PTA workers. At. the same meeting the bylaws by-laws which had been previously set up were read and approved by the group. The executives adopted the theme of "Welfare of All Chil-dred Chil-dred Our Common Goal", which was suggested by President Morrison. Mor-rison. At the present time there are six PTA organizations in the West Millard Council, who are headed by the following presidents, Mrs. Louise Lyman, Delta;' Mrs. Arvilla Workman, Hinckley; Mrs. Betty Johnson, Sutherland; Mrs. Clara Nielson, Oak City; Mrs. Inez Wiley, Lynndyl and Mrs. Rosabelle Finlinson Fin-linson of Leamington.
