Egyptian government offi- ' cials announced the find buried 150 feet under sand and rock within a "stone's throw" of the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, history's his-tory's first great woman ruler. She was queen of Egypt nearly 3,000 years ago and personally per-sonally led expeditions that spread Egypt's trade and culture over the Middle Mid-dle East.
