Show "The Vigil" Is Stake MIA Play Thursday Night "The Vigil," most controversial Play recently written, will be presented pre-sented by Deseret stake MIA on Thursday night at S p.m. in Delta high school auditorium. The 3-act drama, by Ladislas'Fodor, was secured se-cured for MIA presentation only after two years of .negotiation by the general board with the copyright copy-right owners. It is a production dealing with the authenticity of the reality of the mission Jesus Christ fulfilled and the resurrection, and is staged in a modern court room with modern mo-dern dress and dialogue. It was one of the most popular productions of the University theatre thea-tre of Utah. An unusual 'feature is that the audience is the jury, deciding de-ciding the answer to the questions raised by the author. The local production is directed by stake drama directors, Fannie Hilton and Frank Law. The public is invited to attend, and no admission ad-mission charge. Children will not understand this production. |
