Show UTAH STATE SOIL CONSERVATION CONSERVAT-ION COMMITTEE LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given by the Utah State Soil Conservation Committee Com-mittee that the proposed Delta Soil Conservation District has duly petitioned, pet-itioned, in the interests of the public health, safety, and welfare, for a soil conservation district to function in the territory described as follows: Beg. at the NE corner of TWP 6W, R 15 S, Salt Lake Meridian; thence west to NW corner of TWP 12 W, R 15 S; thence south to SW corner of TWP 12 W, R 20 S; thence east to SE corner of TWP 20 S R 7 W; thence north to NE corner of 19 S, R TW; thence E to SE corner TWP 18 S, R 6 W; thence north to point of beg.; and containing aproxi-mately aproxi-mately 920,000 acres. Please take further notice that a hearing will be held at the Delta high school at Delta, Utah, on April 8, 1949, at 8:00 p. m. The questions of the desirability, necessity, nec-essity, propriety of the petition, and the appropriateness of the boundaries for the organization of said Delta Soil Conservation District Dist-rict will be considered. All landowners or land occupiers within the limits of this area or territory proposed to be added thereto shall have the right to attend the hearing and to be heard in this matter.
