Show H.H.S. Operetta Plays Hinckley, At Delta Thursday "Blow Me Down," Hinckley high school operetta, was presented on Tuesday afternoon as a matinee at the Hinckley high school and was greeted by those to hear it as another "hit."' The singing by the lead parts is really outstanding, and the part singing by the chorus is good. The male chorus has some numbers which are especially good. Many have asked," which cast is the better one?" to which director Ladd Cropper will answer, "I can't see much difference, although some members are stronger in one cast, the other cast will have others oth-ers who balance it out." The opera was presented in Hinckley Hin-ckley high school Wednesday evening, eve-ning, March 23 and will be presented pre-sented in the Delta high school on Thursday, March 24, with curtain time being 8:00 p.m. |
