Show Iteseret Lucile Sampson Waldo Black and Econ llowlov visited in Logan last week with Grant Western and Stanley Dew-snup, Dew-snup, there attending the AC. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Western and daughter, Melba, made a trip to Salt Lake last week to visit Pres. Glen G. Fisher and Sister Fisher, of the Western Canadian Mission. Their son. Harold Western, is serving ser-ving in the mission field under Pres. Fisher. Mrs. C. S. Patterson, of Boise. Idaho, is spending the week with br parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Western. Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Cahoon, Mr. and Mrs. George Cahoon visited in Logan last week with Mr. and Mrs. Newell Cahoon and Mr. and Mrs. Garth Cahoon. Mr. and Mrs. John Baker and daughter, Dorothy, made a trip to Provo last week. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Young and family, from Ely, spent the week-nd week-nd with Mr. and Mrs. Fon Hawley and family. Mrs. Ruth Winfield and daughter, daugh-ter, Sharon, who have been spending, spend-ing, the past month in Texas, returned re-turned home Sunday. She was called cal-led there by the illness of her mother. Bill Conk, who has been employed employ-ed at Tooele this winter, is home for the summer with his mother, Mrs. Eva Conk. Mr and Mrs. Mayne Western, end Melbe and Wayne Western, spent Sunday at Fillmore. Mr. Henrie,, father of Mrs. Louise Lou-ise Cropper, from Panguitch is spending a few weeks visiting here Saturday Deseret ward had Clean up day at the Church. Many workers work-ers turned out to clean up the promises, pro-mises, and lunch was served to all. Deseret MIA held a sack apron and overal dance Tuesday night. A big crowd attended, and danced to music by Losee brothers' orchestra. |
