Either they weren't used to being dressed up quite so fine, or the photographer must have fired a shotgun, to bring such startled expressions to their faces. Pictures taken since that time show them not quite so scary. The little tots grew up and went to school, but not in Delta. They came to Delta later, when they were grown-ups. In fact, one of them taught school here. The aunt later married and moved away, but comes back often for visits. She still takes the Chronicle, and won't she be surprised to find her baby picture here. The nephew went to school both in West Milard, and LDS high school in Salt Lake, and back to this county. When he was a young man he spent five years in New Zealand, on a mission. Now he has grown children, and even a grandchild. He is a Delta business man and a happy fisherman, when ever he gets a chance. These little relatives have different differ-ent family names, both well known hereabouts. And these youngsters are both well known locally, and you see them, especially the little nephew frequently. Have you any ideas as to who they are ? ? ? Better check with the answer some where in this issue. Did you recogn ize Peter H. Peterson as the well-dresed well-dresed blonde in last week's issue . |
