Intending exhibitors "must write plainly tlio department, class, premium prem-ium number, and nanjo of article they wish to enter, using the exact language lan-guage of the premium list. Tags thus issued is-sued will be attached to the articles exhibited, the coupons retained by tho exhibitor until the close of tho fair, and then on presentation to tho supervisor in charge of tho department depart-ment the coupon will bo an order for the nrtlclo entered. Judges Judges will bo selected with great caro, and will bo In attendance during dur-ing the first dny of tho Fair, and malto the awards as soon thereafter I as practicable. No Judge will bo allowed al-lowed to exhibit In tho department In which ho Is acting as judge, or In which ho may bo directly or Indirect ly interested In tho result as owner, agent or otherwise. Judges must avoid contact with cx hlbltors and will rcfuso to hear the merits or demerits of exhibits upon which they will be expected to pass discussed by any ono. They will award prizes only to articles regularly mentioned in tho premium list. They will take quality and not quantity Into consideration.
