Suit for an accounting ac-counting was filed In tho United States district court hero today by tho administrators of tho estato of J. P. Morgan Sr., against Colonel J. A. Ownbey a coal operator of Colorado. Col-orado. Tho suit concerns tho Woot-ton Woot-ton mino In Las Animas county, which has been operated by Colonel Ownbey and In which tho lato Mr. Morgan was interested financially. Ownbey and tho elder Morgan wore personal friends and busluoss part ners. Tho Wooton mine is located on n plcturosquo estato near tho Now Moxico lino, whoro Colonel Ownboy makes his home. Tho operating company com-pany Is Incorporated at tho Wootton Land & Fuel company. Following the filing of tho suit, Judgo R. F. Lowls granted a temporary tem-porary restraining ordor forbidding Ownboy to leaso, sell or otherwise dlsposo of the property in question pending tho hearing of tho suit asked ask-ed for tho appointment of a rocolvor to tako chargo of the property, which consists of 10,000 acres or coal and grazing land in Las Animas county, Colorado, and Colfax eounty, Now Mexico. Resides Ownboy, tho suit names as defendants H. W. Spnngler of Den-vor Den-vor and W. L. Seoly of Uouldor, Col-orndo, Col-orndo, directors of tho company". Tho plaintiffs nro J.
