Show Newton. The lcpublicans of Newton held a very enthusiastic primary last night. Chairman J. N. Hansen called the meeting to oider, and M. T. Heck lead tho notice. E. L. Laisen was elected temporary chairman and M. T. Heck sccietary. J. N. Hansen was elected delegate to the Judicial convention to bo held at Logan Monday. The following fol-lowing were elected delegates to tho county convention to bo held at Logan on Sept. 21: E. L. Laison, W. P. Hansen Han-sen and J. N. Hansen. Alternates: M. T. Perk and Mrs. K. L. Laisen. The G. O. P. of Newton pieclnct was leorganlzed as follows, J. N. Hansen, pies., E. L. Larsen, vice-pies, Niels Jacobson, 2nd vice-pros., M. T. Heck. See, W. P. Hanson, asst sec. Excutlvo committee. J. H. Parker, Mrs. E. L. Larson, C. M. Cluisteiisen, P. E. Henson. Sergeant-at-arms, L. C. Laison. Conespondlng sccietary, Nlols Jacobsen.
