Show liyrum Happenings. Miss Mcrza Young spent Sunday with her sister, Mrs. Geo. F. Wright. Ilon. A. A. Law, of Paradise, was doing business In our town Monday. The Stake meeting houso Is undergoing under-going some repairs and when finished will present a beautiful appearance. The entire Interior Is receiving paper on the walls and celling and tho wood-work Is getting a new coat of paint. This Is a commendable move. The snow has almost disappeared and the mud Is coming again. Our town Is gcncially conceded to boa clean one, but our sidewalks need somo attention nevertheless. Tools of water stand In places and now Is the time to woik on them before the men and teams get busy on tho farms. There aro many people here, suffering suffer-ing with the "Grippe" but wc have no contagious disease. A great deal of sickness Is prevalent among the small children during the cold weather, weath-er, and our druggist, Mr. 1 J. McNally, has proved himself a useful man In the community. He Is a good counter prescrlbcr and keeps an up-to-dato drug store. lie is credited with saving the lives of a number of babies by his skill. He Is a master of medicines. |
