Tho ranchers aro getting short of feed, and arc compelled compell-ed to guaid their hay stacks fiom the Elk which Hock around them by tho hundreds. No fence can keep them back when starvation Is confronting them. Mr. Ricks fetatcs that In the south end of Teton Basin there is quite a mining excitement. A great many people are Hocking to tho town called Victor, although tho snow is 2i feet deep in this locality. Many quartz and placer claims aro being staked off. The management of tho Parry Hall has engaged the Otto orchestra for all futuro dances, tho first of which will be given thlscvenlng,(Tuesdaj) This orchestra Is recognized as one of Uio very best in tho city, and will add much to the pleasure of tho dancM at this popular amusement hall. |
