Show Reception. The most pleasant social affair In Hyrum for many a day was a wedding reception given Mabel C. and Harry T. Wilson, by the bride's mother and sister, Mrs. Mary E. and MlssVlra Williams, Tuesday eenlng, Sept. 10th. The bildc Is a daughter of the late William Williams and Maiy E. Will-lams Will-lams of this city and the groom Is a son of Mr. and Mis. John M. Wilson of Rcxbuig, Idaho, who foimcrly resided In Logan. The lawn and house was Humiliated with lanterns and clcctt Ic lights. The Invited guests who were prescntarc as follows: Mr. and Mrs. John M. Wilson of Rexburg, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. F. Shaw, Mr. and Mrs. Win. McHilde, Mr. and Mrs. Jas. C. Andeison, Mr. and Mrs. John Ellason, Thomas Rose, Mr. and Mrs. W.H.Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Williams, Mj-. and Mis. lia Williams, Mr. and Mis. Mrs. Williams is otcd as one of the best cooks In Cache county and her tables that evening were ample proof of the assertion. After paitaking of the many good eatables, the guests just lounged around and enjoied themselves. them-selves. Their peace was disturbed by a serenade band composed of Davis Uiothers and Co. of Logan Second waid, who came right In, sat right down, and went right to work playing mandolins, guitars, banjos, etc., and they did some line playing, too. They putjoung life Into the whole crowd and their music was much appreciated. appre-ciated. John M. Wilson and Alma and Alfred Williams sang several songs which were also enjoyed. Many good wishes were heaped upon thejoung couple and the crowd disposed dis-posed between midnight and daylight. |
