Work, Ahether of muscles mus-cles or nerves, produces waste products, prod-ucts, "ashes" which are poisonous, the o-called fatigue toxins. When these toxins have piled up In our blood to a certain pitch we feel tired, so that fatigue Is a form of self poisoning.
