Show INVESTIBATION OF ALLSDP'S DEATH III LARK IS ON Investigation made by the Industrial commission of Utah of the death of Francis W. Allsop, in a tunnel of the Bingham Mines Company, last fall, has jbeen continued until Wednesday aftr.r-Jnoon, aftr.r-Jnoon, to permit the commission to have on hand a medical practitioner jwho shall testify as to the probable cause of death. No one was present when Allsop died, and while it was one common theory that he had touched touch-ed a high voltage wire, which waB within reach, the Guardian Casualty refused to pay a death claim on th ground that there was no evidence to show that the death was accidental. It was advanced at the hearing that the man was a "victim of miner's consumption, con-sumption, and that the direct '.auxe of d"atk was strangling, but opposing sides hold contrary views as to what caused this condition. |
