The following spoke of the good character of the deceased: Niels Jacobsen and Charles Anderson, after which a duct was sung by Mrs. Lena Peterson and Mrs. Alice Jenkins, Jen-kins, "Sometime, Somewhere." The following speakers then continued: Wm. II. Grlllln Jr., Bishop M. 0. Rig-by; Rig-by; song by the choir, "Wanted on the Other Side;" benediction by Amos Clarke. The deceased was born In Hellstad, Sweden, March 11, 188.1, emigrated to this country in 1890, and died February Febru-ary 21, 1008, having suffering from consumption about one year. Two months ago Mr. John Ilurtlg had a daughter, Hilda, die from the sickness The people here all wish to extend their sympatny to the bereft family. Mrs. Kesten Benson was 71 years of ago Sunday, February 2.1. Some of her children and their families were present pres-ent and enjoyed u good supper, and some spent the evening in singing, reciting, re-citing, etc. We wish Mrs Benson many happy returns John Owens has pin chased the homo of II.
