A great many of our citizens attended at-tended conference in Hyrum Sunday. .Last Wednesday a sociable was held in the meeting house in honor of Sister Mary Sonne. They had a line program and picnic. Sister Sonno was presented with a beautiful rocking rock-ing chair, ana tho affair was in every way a success. We have a new agent down at the depot for a short time. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Rosembaum are taking a vacation. vaca-tion. Mrs. Mary Lamont's llftecn-months-old baby met with a very painful accident ac-cident while at play, two small bones being broken In tho elbow and Ills shoulder hurt. Ho was taken to Logan Lo-gan for medical aid and Is now doing nlcejy. Walter Gams, of Sugar City, was here buying horses last Saturday. Mrs Hannah llulst, of llorder, Wjomlng.has returned after a month's visit with relatives. Floyd Hardman and Anna Sorenscn took advantage of the cheap rates and went to Salt Lake for the i'ourth. Georgo Lallis has returned homo from Mcrcur where ho has been work-Ing. work-Ing. George Gardner has come home to visit with his mother tor.a short time. Lizzie Wood hasceen quite sick for long time; Miss Walters, of Wellsvllle, was in town Tuesday. Mrs. Bertha Ruist, of Madison, Ida., Is here visiting with relatives and friends. Lottie Ilarrett and Cora' Hardman went to Smithficld to spend the Fourth. |
