Show PRESTON. PRESTON, IDAHO, July O.Tho Fourth of July celebration was one of the most successful Preston has had for year. There were probably moro people In town than ever before. At nine o'clock In tho morning the parado took place. It was most creditable to thoso who got up floats. At tho program which took place Immediately Im-mediately after the parade, Hon. Alfred Hudgo delivered the oration of the day whllejJoseph Davis read tho Declaration of Independence. Tho afternoon was occupied by ball games, N races, etc. Tho ball game between WJ0T -the' fats and leans was very comical. l Tlta final scoro was 15 to 14 In favor of B the leans. Perhaps tho most Interest- B lng part of the days program was the K ball game between Mlllvlll.e and Pres- m ton which was played with a1 score "6f ffij . 10 to 3 In favor of Preston. In tho fj evening there were tiro works, atyer KS which nil repaired to HobrVs hall and K the Academy and enjoyed themselves II In tho dance.
