Show f V ,, S 4 Final rites held for LaDawna Walker Robinson Funeral services for LaDawna La-Dawna Walker Robinson, 38, were held Thursday, Jan. 11 in the Cedar City Third Ward Chapel. A lifetime resident of Cedar City, she died Jan. 7, 1973 at the Valley View Medical Center from Cancer. She was born March 14, 1934 to iRoUand E. and Margaret Sherratt Walker in Cedar City. She married Carlos IMarion Robinson Rob-inson Oct. 6, 1961 in Cedar City and the marriage was later solemnized in the St George LDS Temple. Family prayer at the services serv-ices was offered Iby Floyd R-Barney R-Barney and the invocation was offered by Bruce Barney. Mary Brown then expressed some m-Tmorles of Mrs. Robinson Rob-inson and the 15 years of service ser-vice which sCie offered to Mt. Bell Telephone as an operator. Musical number, "Beyond the Sunset," was sung by Ralph Hafen and Dr. J. S. Prestwich was the speaker. Another mu&bal number "Yel-low "Yel-low Rose of Texas" was sung by a tr'o consisting of Ruth Marie Mitchell, Radna Bishop LaDa wna Walker Rsbinson and Julie Rindlishbach, accompanied ac-companied by Vivian Rogers. Another speaker was Bishop Jack Matheson followed Iby remarks from Thomas A. Smith. Benediction was by Charley Barney. Interment was in the Cedar City Cenwtery where the grave wad dedicated by L. ID. Walker. Mrs. Rctoinson Is survived by her husband, Cedar City; a son, Mark David; and daughters, Carol a Dawn, and Shauna Norine. Also surviving surviv-ing are her parents; a brother, broth-er, L. D. Walker, Cedar City; and slst?rs, Mrs. Norman d (Karon) Lund, Cedar City and Mrs. Floyd (Mary) Barney, Kanab. |
