Show e. , v" -i , .... . . APARTMENT COMPLEX. The Cedar Garden Villa Vil-la is a 22-unit Apartment complex now under construction west of Center Interchange. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the very near future. Twenty -two unit apartment complex nearing completion in west Cedar City room apartments on ground level. The complex, a product of the Cedar Garden Villa, Inc. with Frank Nichols as president presi-dent and Sid Miller as a principal prin-cipal officer and the general contractor through Miller Construction Con-struction Company, is financed principally through th,e Farmers Farm-ers Home Adiminihtration. The financial program is a federally supported program designed to provide young couples with adequate, standard stand-ard rental housing at a reasonable rea-sonable rate, according to Mr. Miller. Cedar Garden Villas will include in-clude ten two 'bedroom and 12 three bednoom apartments. The flrsrt: six apartments are expected to be ready in less than a month, weather permitting per-mitting and the remaining units will be made available shortly thereafter, Miller indicated. in-dicated. The apartment complex is West of Cedar City adjacent to 'Utah Highway 56, one-half mile west of the Interstate Middla Interchange. The central cen-tral location commands an excellent ex-cellent view of the city and Cedar Mountain. As indicated the units are expected to provide adequate rental apartments at moderate moder-ate rates. Rental rates will vary from $115 for the two bedroom apartments to $120 for the three bedroom units. Design provides for large floor space with all two-lbed- with tube-shower combination. The three-bedrcom apartments apart-ments are ia true townhouse' design Miller indicated, with each unit divided on two levels with living room, dining din-ing room, kitchen and bath on the first level and three bedrooms, and full bath on the second level. Private interior stairs with-in with-in each three bedroom unit eliminates all outside stairs and balconies, it was pointed out. Further all unfits will be fully ful-ly carpeted, draped, and off street parking Is included. The apartments are fully Insulated and Include double window sections, the contractor contract-or indicates. Inspection of the iunits is invited at the project site where further details are available, Miller concluded. |
