Prince 'i3 ' Mr. and Mrs. Brent Woolsey and family of Indian In-dian Heights, Nev. visited with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Pace over the weekend, then the Woolsevs and Paces traveled to Minersville to visit Mr. and Mrs. Allen Caster and family. Mrs. Carter is a daughter of the Paces and a twin sister to Mrs. Woolsey. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Realty had two small nieces stay with them over the weekend while their mother was in the hospital with a new baby. They were from Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Pace visited in Grand Junction, Colo, recently with their children Mr. and Mrs. John Wheelwright and family. Mrs. Mamie Huntsman, wife of Rp Cannon Huntsman Hunt-sman had the misfortune to slip and fall Friday and break her arm above the elbow. She is in the Valley View Medical Center waiting for surgery. We wish Mamie a speedy recovery. Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Robinson and daughter of Fairview spent the weekend with their friends, Darce and Camilla Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Prince and Mark Mosterson spent a week in Calif, attending at-tending different businesses, in connection with their school. Mr. Prince is the business teacher at Cedar City High. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Slade and other students from the high school accompanied ac-companied them also. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Prince and daughters Beth Linda, Talonnie spent Monday at Boulder Dam. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Densley of Midvale, parents of Mrs Dorothy Prince spent the weekend here visiting, and Mrs. Densley stayed a week here tending Mervin and Dorothy's boys while they were in Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall spent Sunday and Monday of last week in Fillmore with their daughter-in-law and granddaughter Lois and Janet Hall Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Hall accompanied by their granddaughter Janice to Las Vegas to attend the wedding of Janice mother Lois at the home of Lois's sister in Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Herb Schlosser, and family spent Sunday and Monday at the Valley of Fire in Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall spent Washington's birthday .. in Salt Lake with their son and family Mr. and Mrs. Weston Hall. Mrs. Olive Schmutz and sister in law Suzie Taylor spent a few days in Hurricane on their return home, Mrs. Schmutz had the misfortune to fall and crack a rib. We wish her a quick recovery. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Davis and Carma Williams, of Kanarraville and Mr. and Mrs. Roland Prince and Kara visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince, Elvin and Gary. Mr. Davis and Mrs. Williams are sisters of Marva. The yearly Boy Scouts Banquet was held Saturday night, with a good crowd attending. A ham supper with all the trimmings was served by the scouts. Joe Walker and Paul Beatty are scout masters and did a fine job. A group of young girls from the Cedar High School entertained with country music. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Leavitt of Mesquite, Nev. visited Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Leland Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pearce spent a few days in Las Vegas visiting with their children, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Pearce, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Cripps and Mr. and Mrs. Jerold Pearce and families. |
