As new president, Mr. Adams Ad-ams will be responsible for coordinating all organized theater activity in the state, educational and professional. He will conduct the annual playwright competition within with-in the state, and will assist in keeping members of the theater association informed on new developments in their art medium. He has stated that he plans to organize a sharing situation situa-tion among theater groups whereby those working in the field of drama can benefit from one another's experiences. experi-ences. Mr. Adams was a participant partici-pant in the recent Fine Arts Institute meetings and briefed brief-ed theatre groups on activities of the Utah Shakespearean Festival. A special display on the Festival was provided by Mr. Adams and Norman Robinson, Rob-inson, SUSC student from Parowan. The exhibit was requested re-quested by the fine arts groups. |
