NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6892 (73-2210) Frank John and Eleanor C. Ebert, P. O. Box 1156, Cedar City, Utah 81720 propose to change the point aPf diversion, place, & nature of use of 2.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded deed-ed portion of UWC 14002 (73-590). (73-590). The water has been diverted di-verted from a 8-inch well 158 ft deep at a point N. 215 ft. & W. 70 ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 14, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.5 ac. in SW SW& Sec. 13. SESE Sec. 14, T35S, R11W. . Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 8-inch well 200-500 ft deep at a point N. 2140 ft. & W, 2090 'ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 21, T36S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes of two families, fam-ilies, and used from Mar. 15 t0 Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.135 ac. in NWiSE4 Sec. 21, T36S, R10W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed 'n duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before June 10, 1972.
